I use to own and operate a virtual office space and found these to be a great tool to lower a company's overhead, assuming they didn't have a large employee count. It is great way to also aid a start-up as they grow their business, while lending creditability to the company. Especially when you consider the alternative of running the company out of one's home.

I could give a rat's ass as to where MGON/BC wants to run the company as long as I see audited financials, current filings along with updates on how he/she is moving the company forward. Especially, when I see shares being returned and not being printed to keep the lights on. The recent news on the pilot program with Winner is even more meaning full against Medelsol being forced to return the shares and the debt.
