Company JUST returned 45,000 PFD D that if converted would have been 450,000,000 ...the offering if ALL executed is .025 pps and 400m issued and raise 10m..

I know some companies that are sling tons of Pfd C stock, raising millions at 3 x below the current PPS, MGON offering is higher than current. Check out this scam at GEVI, selling a sh$# ton of Pfd C so they don't go bankrupt !
