I was part of the audio recording from 4/22. He did talk about having the best patent attorneys in Tech and he was convinced with his patents and his research in long haulers he would be able to push an approval. We provided that to Scott Kelly. It was used against Patterson and part of the reason why he did not go through with the deposition. The $400,000 was the sticking point for Patterson in 1/23. We talked with Bruce in 2/23 and he went on a 20 minute rant on how upset that Cyrus and Tanya would not budge on payment that old invoice. Apparently they wanted access to the receptor occupancy blood work that he did on the hiv phase 3 patients. Bruce never got access to the older blood work. It was Bruce that discovered that Amerex did not properly store the phase 2 blood work. So Bruce was not able to complete the receptor occupancy on the entire data set that the FHA was looking for. There were talks about Bruce coming over to CYDY for him and his lab, similar to Pestell, but Nader dumping Pestell and trying to pull back the shares was the reason why Bruce went and got the patents. So when Nader caught wind of the patents, and the refusal to file came down, Nader tried to shove Bruce under the Bus by indicating the issue was with the receptor occupancy work that Incelldx was hired to do and typical Nader, refused to pay the bill.
So, Bruce was not the bad guy. But at the same time, did some sketchy stuff trying to protect his interest due to the shady leadership of Nader.
