Did Money change hands? They "deployed' but aren't contracted, yet YoY rev has been going up and you are STILL talking about a SCOT for DFW pilot a couple of years ago.
What about the repeat ORDERS they are posting from clients expanding. Multiple expansions from clients. You are railing on discontinued SCOT so much it's breaking your brain.
You're claiming they are giving away hundreds of units for no money, that none of their devices are in field yet they are increasing revenue and clients ordering more.
