As for the decision to place a campaign donation in the wrong category becomes a felony. As I've already explained in great detail earlier there's no way that conviction stays on appeal. Being President is not a legal exclusion to the statute of limitations.
The general atmosphere was wait until he runs for President and then if he does we're going to charge him with everything we possibly can.
