yes...in a call...but vague as usual (and legally responsible. I have not been disappointed with HRAL over the years for reliable flipping. Just needs patience. right now I hold 16M shares. (always keep a few millies even after spikes, just in case because filings are in time and OS either stays frozen or just few shares are issued with good reasoning)
