CA squandered 20 billion for the Homeless, they don't even know where it went, except the problem only got worse......Hamas? Did aid money for Palestinians make it to the people or.........

Bureaucratic institutions have some bad habits.......When did dems take on waste fraud and abuse..... Perhaps they are guilty of abusing funds so its don't look at all, we will get to it, perhaps form a Committee or fund a study.......

Im sure they set up a Committee or funded a study to get to the bottom of where the money went.......Anyone wonder how Hamas was able to use aid instead of.....More study needed......Guess you'd have to look at who the checks were written to.....
