It was NOT a good move on Bessent's part to mention release dependent on interest rates ... that's just asking for trouble from the traditional financial establishment that opposes release ... both the Fed and banks can keep rates artificially high and their fear mongering narratives that release will only make rates worse always brings out the manipulators and scares off the weak hands ... it should be the other way around: a financially strong FnF should have a positive effect on rates and liquidity for the market and buyers
Also, every hour to hour-and-a-half all day long the profit takers drive the price back down about a third of the day's gains ... so, we may break 8 tomorrow but not likely it will hold unless the major players say the right things and stop saying the wrong things ... we'll need another and more solid positive remark tomorrow from privatization leadership ...
