I totally missed this post climbing through the minutia on here. BTW, everyone, please keep the talk of other stocks, investments off of here... and the personal stuff to a minimum. Seems all the mods have been on vacation at the same time. My son leaves for Japan tomorrow, so I will be here more soon enough.

As for your post Star,

Do you know when the RS on HMBL is going to happen? Any timeline??

Just waiting for all current shareholders to get wiped out.

An RS could realistically happen. I'd guess there is about a 20% chance of it.

20%? No way... with the bloated OS? Gotta be 100% right? Well, actually no.

Foote is well aware of how bad people freak out with an RS. I would expect that if one was done, it would be in conjunction with a major stock swap with another company. If, for example, we were to trade 500k of our shares for 1 share of Tesla, we would all make out very well. Tesla likely won't be swapping any of our shares, but another company priced at maybe $7 could be looking to swap 100 of our shares for 1 of theirs. For example only. Who knows what the price would be.

HOW CAN YOU BE SO SURE? The shares we own in FinCap are called Holding Company. That tells you that our shares are in a holding company that will be swapped out for another company. It was a clue. They placed neon lights around the neck of every share. You just didn't read the message on the light.

Is it still possible that we get an RS? Yeppers. If the swap doesn't take care of our bloated OS completely, it is possible that they do a 2 to 1 RS or 3 to 1 RS or maybe even an 8 to 1 RS so that the numbers work out. Will that wipe out shareholders? Nope. If they do a share swap, it will almost definitely include a 30% increase as is expected in all M&A deals. The RS would further enhance the deal by not only bumping up the stock price but eliminating the last problem the company faced - clean balance sheet, improved income statement, clear path for sources and uses of cash statement, now the share structure.

Can I get a bit technical now? George Sharp taught Foote the benefit of having insiders buy into the idea of preferred shares. I fully expect that when the deal is done, any and all insider shares will be held in preferred - as they will be holding those shares a long time and the benefit to the stock price will be worth their doing so. So the posters that fear a bloated OS without an RS, imagine the Ybara deal where some are saying that the deal couldn't have happened because the 33.8bil shares out (which has not changed in over a week), didn't increase by 4bil as promised. What if the deal happened and they now hold preferred shares? Dang... that ruins a whole bunch of poster theories about getting to 50bil shares any day now.
