Based on what? Did you read the asset purchase agreement? HMBL sold all their assets to WSCG. I guess next step will be for this to be a shell after the 60 day period is up.

Cuz of this post I liquidated my Roth Ira's and my 40l k acct even took penalties and bought GS's other stock..
