On Preemptive Pardons my understanding is

A Preemptive Pardon is the equivalent of the suspension of law and further denies Equal Protection of the Law.
They MUST plead guilty to their crime, and only then can they receive a pardon.

These Pardons are the ultimate Corruption of a crime family

I hope TRUMP 's Team know this and takes appropriate action !!!!
