You have any insight to the selling and drop of SP?  There is no way to determine if they are diluting shares since they are not updating the share structure on OTC MARKETS website.

Now that the Annual was posted. We remain in the dark until the next news catalyst? Could be silence for an entire year and just operating under the reduced operations.....or Deerfield does something?
