i have never been wishy washy wick..and what is sad..you know that....you are so small(good one..lol..j/k)..you can't even come back on me with the filings...you know that they couldn't state any investment that wasn't made...and you know that they do not have to file a 8-k to show such..legally..just wait till the 10k...yet...you played it as though they did something wrong(imo)..and let others to believe the same(imo)...and am sure you realized that...didn't you?...you knew that the investment in LITV was made after the last 10q...didn't you?--good luck!
