almost 6 million individual donors, infusion of Biden's money (which was only a few hundred million) and a couple of PAC's that technically are not her money but are counted that way. Any more stupid questions?

Now how the PAC's spent their money is completely up to them and how Harris's campaign spent theirs is still being debated but I didn't see anyone running around with their hair on fire when Elon spent 300 milly through his self funded PAC and was buying votes in PA to the tune of a million a piece, all while he was campaigning for his fuhrer and buying a seat in the west wing while collecting billions in government subsidies.
