That didn't say they were wrong....just that there is no reasonable chance of conviction. Evidence tanted by disclosure does not equal innocence. Jut means they can't pursue the case. They may or may not have been innocent, and most likely were not.

plasma-man, you make some very good points. I still have all my shares and plan to hold on to them, whatever some people on this board think. We sure seen to have some doom and gloomers that say they don't even own any shares in SLJB, but the are sure here day and night, what's up with that, LOL. Forget it, not selling my shares. SLJB could be next, it shows the OSC can make mistakes.

In that case the OSC made a mistake, all right. They allowed a witness to become contaminated, or used one who was already contaminated.

And so they had to drop the charges, though I suspect the defendant was guilty as hell.
