Correction: 7B added to the OS not the AS....  OS will be maxed out in no time at this rate of printing shares!!!   Bloated pigs don't move when all they do is print shares!!!

And the price of the stock is up 400% in that time. When has that ever happened before?

OVER 7B shares have been added to the AS in the last month and a 1/2!!

Since they are attempting to get rid of debt, preferred b and c shares(likely only preferred left), I'd say they are going to stop when they are done getting rid of the preferred shares.

How do I know this isn't a diluting machine? Because they converted all their debt (or virtually all their debt) and refocused their business on only main businesses. Because they sold all the crap they got themselves into. Because they cut costs to the bone.

I appreciate you doing the share count. Really I do. It tells me how much longer I need to wait. I have a feeling we are really close. Don't you get that same feeling? Here... go to otcmarkets. Count up how many preferred C shares there are. Count how many B shares there are (subtract out Foote's and Hindshaws). Count up how many in the money warrants there are. Finally count up the debt from the last Q. Take out 4 bil shares converted between Oct 1 and Nov 19 at .00015. Remove $1mil in loans and previous debt that was forgiven. Now you know when dilution stops. Yep, I'd say that we are almost there. If I am wrong, tell me how I am wrong.
