Are they forced to provide a PR telling us the new direction of the stock since it's publicly traded, or can they just keep remaining quiet trying to to shake the tree hoping holders will sell to buy more % back? We saw like the entire float on the ask. Is there a chance they won't do anything unless they get the whole SS back? But then, what would be the point of acquiring a public company just to claw the shares back?
