That's a pretty thin branch...lol. As I said many times over....he did very well with his affiliates and apparently creditors. They have been or will be made full plus. Ybyra can do what ever it wants currently...or at least once the other deal is complete(they can't cancel it though). Brian is completely gone from playing these games..at least that is what I think.
They(Ybyra-B3) were planning on doing a reverse split(2 for 1)...but I think that has been pulled...or at least something similar.
The current SMX gig is already in trouble apparently or is being stalled/changed. They keep wanting to shift those magnesium assets(so called) and dump them other places. So they want to set up a possible sale first with SMX or again...something similar.
But yeah...Brian is long gone...and if he would show back up for any reason...I'll laugh my ass off. He made it out.
