What I was referring to, and where I think you are confused is, I was commenting on the statement “Can’t blame him for anything anymore because he is gone…which I said was not entirely true…which I meant in a general sense.
I said that is not entirely true because he is or will be the CEO of what is suppose to be the company that HMBL will have a minority stake in.
So what Foote does with that WILL affect HMBL…and for which he will be responsible.
Hence he is not completely gone…in terms of his ability to affect HMBL.
