Actually, you said he was selling. You posted the discrepancy of shares and then later said you were mistaken, but I misrepresented... remember that? Remember when HMBL listed Grado at 10% ownership and then dropped below and you said that was done so he didn't need to report? Mighta been Olives tho - I get you two confused for some reason.

When he suggested Grado was selling stock prior to Dec 2021…which was demonstrably wrong…

Tell me how I have ever been materially wrong.
