Dear Senator Cornyn,

I am a victim of electromagnetic torture. My situation is documented on my

website at: www.noexoticwarfarezone.com. I have been tortured and harassed

since 1989. It took me a long time to figure out what was happening to me.

In 2002, I went to Representative Pete Gallego here in Alpine to complain about the

aerial spraying of the chemtrails. I believe this spray is for beam weapon development

and technology and for illegal biowarfare testing along with other military and intelligence

applications. They are turning the atmosphere into a more plasma-like state to serve as

a weapons platform for the new-generation, Star Wars weaponry.

This spray has mind-altering substances in it. Barium is known to cause a kind of

“brain fog” or confusion. It also causes heart attacks. It is poisonous on par with arsenic.

According to ToxMap barium compounds have doubled in the environment since

1997 (http://toxmap.nlm.nih.gov/toxmap/releases/select.do). There are ultra-fine grain,

aluminum particulates in this spray, also. Aluminum is implicated in Alzheimer’s and

memory loss along with neurological diseases and problems. Alzheimer’s has

increased by four times since the beginning of the almost, daily/nightly, spray programs

started in 1997.

After I gave Rep. Gallego a letter and a large stack of data and computer disks on the issue.

Gallego sent my submissions over to federal Rep. Bonilla with a letter stating that he,

Gallego, believed that this situation needed looked into by federal authorities.

I was eventually told by Bonilla’s aide that Bonilla felt the war in Iraq was more important

than the chemtrail issue. I told the aide to convey to Bonilla that he had a duty to protect

Texans from dangerous military technologies and toxic sprays.

It was after this incident that my targeting reached horrendous torture levels.

It was then that I could no longer deny to myself that I was being attacked by some kind

of weapon. For three years now, the electromagnetic attacks have not been only at night

or at certain times each day. It has not been one bit subliminal or subtle.

Before this, the painful and dangerous attacks were at night during my sleep

(it would wake me up and perplex me) — now it is all the time and life-threatening.

These attacks seem to be automated, constant, and are 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The pain is unbelievable. It involves tones, harmonics, hissing, stabs, blows, voice

to skull transmissions, induced dreams (nightmares), burning sensations in the body

and head, internal burning sensations inside of the body and head, crawling sensations

on the body (phantom touch), electronic rape, induced and unwanted urination or

orgasms, holographic inserts, and many other horrible tortures. My thoughts seem to

be scanned every second. The voices respond to what the machines read in my head.

I have searched my home for emitters and cameras. There are none. I have checked

the vacant trailer next door. There are no directed energy machines there. I know all

of my neighbors and trust them. There have been no helicopters or jets hovering over

my home, but when I walk into an electromagnetic dead zone (radios or cell phones

do not work in those areas), it is like I have gone off the “control grid,” and a plane or

helicopter is sent to get a visual sighting on me. This happens every single time.

There are low-earth orbit satellites (LEOs) positioned on the horizon in at least three

directions from my home. At times, there have been five LEOs. They are in positions

that if they were to shoot beams from their positions those beams would converge

on my position. It takes three beams to make a hologram. This new kind of

psychotronic weapon involves holographic pictures and movies with sound, smell,

sensation, brain-scanning, and pain.

If I get in a car and travel, those satellites change position relative to my position.

Basically, they seem to follow me. Those must be warfare satellites, and the

chemtrail spray must be a warfare spray. The beams and transmissions will follow

me even underground if I go into a cave or basement. It can not be shielded against

with any kind of material except possibly lead and ceramic bricks. This is a indicator

of some kind of negative, particle-ion beam.

I am very afraid for my country and this world. It seems someone corrupt must have

their hands on technology that was developed for taking down armies and

underground military bases and is now using it to repress any objections to their

global plans to take the high-ground of space.

I am in contact with victims who are saying the same time of technology is being used

on them. These victims are all over this country, and I am in contact with victims living

in other countries who have the same kind of victimization. When victims that I know

travel to foreign countries the torture follows them. This one of the reasons that we

believe it must be coming from satellites or high-flying, plasma-cloaked jets in

conjunction with possibly some type of worldwide, tracking system — maybe cell

phone towers. It sounds sci-fi and fantastic; I know. I could not believe it myself.

There is a historical basis for this kind of experimentation on Americans.

The technology exists, and I would imagine that there is a lot of money to be made

from contracts to develop it further. One could gain a lot of power by harnessing

weapons like these and using them on selected political, military, or corporate targets.

The United States has been involved in mind control and directed energy research

and non-consensual experimentation for at least 60 years. They have been trying to

put particle-beam weapons and other weapons in space since the 70s.

Trauma-based mind control conditioning was exposed during the MK-Ultra hearings

during the late 70s. It was admitted during those hearings that the MK-Ultra

experimenters looked for targets that were socially, financially, and politically

dis-enfranchised. They experimented on the homeless, minorities, gays, the

institutionalized, and women. The kind of torture directed at me seems to involve

the same methodologies that were used by the MK-Ultra experimenters. I have never

signed any kind of consent form for any kind of directed energy or mind control

experiments.

My targeting involves the use of an ionized, gas plasma entrained within an

electromagnetic beam — possibly some kind of negative/neutral particle-ion beam.

There are photos on my site showcasing my torture and other victims torture.

The plasma is quite evident, and the beams are quite evident. Plasma can be

used to transmit holographic movies, holograms, sounds, smells, and pain to the victims.

Plasma is a great transmission medium with highly, refractive optical qualities and

the ability to transmit digital or analog sounds. It is used in plasma television screens

and in computer screens. Barium powders which are in the chemtrail spray have

optical qualities,. also. Barium is more refractive than glass. Aluminum when hit by

a laser will produce an aluminum-plasma. There are metal cations in the spray.

Many metals can be hit by a laser and produce plasma.

The military chemtrail spray operations were admitted to me off- of- the- record by

the air traffic controllers here in Texas in 2000. The chemtrail spray is loaded with

ultra-fine grain aluminum particulates. This has been proven by scientific analysis.

There is an associated system that apparently works in conjunction with the

chemtrails. It is the old Ground Weather Emergency Network (GWEN). Old radars

can be converted to gyrotron, impulse radar emitters. There appears to be a system

of these oscillating, magnetic, microwave emitters right on the top of the locations

for the old system. There is a mention made of a Ground Warfare Emergency Network

(GWEN-2?) in the Air Force policy study, “Air Force 2025.” I believe this new system

was setup on the sites of the old weather radars. You can see the oscillating, magnetic

fields on many of the base-reflexivity, radar weather sites on the internet. Europe

seems to have the same kind of network along with the chemtrails. Most NATO

countries have EM victims, chemtrails, and GWEN.

These impulse radars (gyrotrons) become extremely active prior to large disasters

in this country. I have included the impulse radar returns that were present in Texas

before the Houston flood of 1998 and the impulse radar returns that were present

during the Katrina hurricane. It seems to me that these are indicators of weather war

machines being tested on the environment. It is illegal to test weapons like these on

other countries, and I would assume there might be political ramifications if our military

did that. But, it is not illegal to test these weapons in our own country.

The impulse radars were especially active in Ohio and Florida during the

elections of 2004. Strong oscillating, magnetic fields have mind and mood effects on

people and animals. People can be disoriented by such fields when strong enough.

I believe they spray and then can use the space-based lasers, possibly other beam

weapons in space or on jets along with the impulse radars to “pump” up the spray

to make plasma, ionized barium clouds, atmospheric mirrors, artificial auroras, and

ionospheric particle shells as discussed in the Eastlund, Navy, and Air Force patents.

This system, which many people call The Star Wars Missile Shield program, can do

many things. One can steer and heat the jet streams, localized humidity, and storm

fronts to effect the weather by using focused or de-focused space beams in conjuction

with ground-based oscillating, magnetic fields — GWEN. One can create different kinds

of ionized gas clouds for over-the-horizon communications by bouncing signals off

the base of striated, barium clouds. Through laying down a barium trail in the sky,

one can create 3-D, real-time, all-terrain imaging –barium ducting.

Atmospheric mirrors can be created by converging two microwave beams

(interferometry) on the ionosphere to beam wireless energy and communications

or for focusing sunlight on a portion of the earth for drought induction. A structureless,

plasma antenna or a columnar, focal lense can be created by spraying barium and

aluminum and then heating this spray (ionizing it). These antennas and lenses can

be used for constant surveillance of citizens, and the plasma can be entrained into

a psychotronic weapon to attack and torture citizens.

Atmospheric sprays in conjunction with these weapons can create rain, destroy rain,

and possibly create hurricanes and tornadoes. Atmospheric sprays can be vaporized

for plasma-cloaking of military craft and for spoofing radar or jamming communications.

These sprays can used for biowarfare and chemical warfare testing on the

non-consenual American public.

Beam weapons can be used for earth tomography (x-raying the interior of the earth)

to find gold or oil deposits. Beam weapons can be used as tectonic weapons.

mind/mood altering effects.

After reading the site above, keep this in mind: The Star Wars Missile Shield may

not be all it seems. Is it a cover-up for beam weapons technologies and development,

mind control, weather wars, bio-warfare testing, chemical warfare testing, constant

domestic surveillance, and other dubious purposes? I think Bearden, a fomer Soviet

war gamer (above), only tells us some of the truth. I just think they are spraying us,

zapping us, and developing beam weapons. The head of the Air Force Research Lab

has admitted that a plasma shielding created by hitting an ablative material with a laser

(likewise, hitting aluminum-sprays with EM?) is not truly a perfected, plasma shielding.

“Ablative shields made of solid material might work,” said the Air Force’s Barker.

“A portion of the solid would be converted to plasma [when hit]. But In a strict sense,

Well, this list should be more than enough to inform you on these issues. I will also send you information through printed page and computer disks by Federal Express. But, if you peruse the list above you will be able to get more than enough documentation to study. There are hundreds of other sources of information that for lack of space I did not include here.

As far as my own situation, I need help. This torture has to be stopped. They hit my heart, head, and other organs with this penetrating energy. Particle-ion beams can not be shielded against at all or very well unless one has lead blanketing and ceramic bricks. Magnetic wood has helped some people. I can not afford this kind of shielding. I am losing the use of the left side of my body and would not be surprised if I have brain legions starting on the right-side of my brain (right temporal lobe techniques to induce a sense of a presence — pioneered by Persinger).

These energies do penetrate the tissues to a great depth. I can feel it go completely through my body. It makes me vibrate, cramp, spit blood, throw-up, lose sleep, get overheated, and a host of other symptoms. Sick of perverted, rape and torture oriented, induced dreams with their associated static noises (transmissions obviously). I am starting to have fatty tumors and odd lumps in my joints (bone abnormalities). I have hardly slept in three years. The constant brain-scanning, voices, signal tones, harmonic tones, and torture seem to be meant to make me mentally break and give in to the controller’s demands. Well, I am a Texan; they picked on the wrong woman. The harmful energies in my home as making my cat sick; and I believe they have attacked him, also. He is young, the doctor can find nothing wrong with him, but his health is going down. He crys a lot and never used to. I worry how these energies may be affecting my neighbors. Will they get cancers or other diseases because of these energies?

I would ask that federal grand juries be convened on the directed energy torture of Americans and other NATO subjects (it is not limited to just the United States). Corrupt elements of our military, intelligence, and associated contractor apparatus have participated in deadly and extra-legal actions abroad before. I am asking for shielding and a federal law that includes funding for an office to address these issues. I have included a resolution that was largely based on Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s H.R. 2977 bill from the 107th Congress and The Berkeley space-based weapons free-zone by Alfred Webre of peaceinspace.com and an idea developed by Leuren Moret, a Lawerence Livermore Lab whistleblower. Maybe it can be adapted for a federal law.

Someone trustworthy needs to come to Alpine to investigate what is happening to me. I have tried to get the Office of Special Investigations for the Air Force and the Office of Naval Investigations to help me. I have talked to The Texas Rangers. I called the state attorney general. I have spoken with the police department here and the county D.A. I have written to the U.S. Commission on Human Rights (they never responded). I called the Federal Bureau of Investigations to ask them if they investigated electronic torture. They told me to call the Central Intelligence Agency. I said, “The CIA does not investigate domestically.” The FBI assured me that the CIA does do domestic surveillance and investigations. I said, well, someone is zapping me with EM and hurting me. They said, “YOU WANT THE CIA.” I have filed numerous FOIA requests. Everyone tried to find information and was very polite — except the DOD who told that “they were not a research” department. The DOD was very rude in their communications to me.

Please pass a law, convene grand juries with victim witnesses, offer amnesty to whistleblowers, and help me track down my abusers. I really think I can not stand anymore, and as far as I can tell, I now believe we are on the threshold of fascism. If Americans can be tortured like this all across this great country, and no one knows or even seems to care then we have a national security crisis. Either our technology is not very good, or people in the know — know — and are involved in domestic treason.

It seems every where I turn or whatever agency that I contact on this matter they just pass the buck. Please do not pass the buck. One of the victims died a few weeks ago. She kept telling folks that “they” were hitting her heart. Her doctors believed she was delusional. She died of a heart attack. She had microwave burns on her body. The doctors believed that she was self-abusing. No, she was attack by high-tech weapons. She is now dead because no one would take any responsibility for the corruption that is in parts of our military, intelligence, or federal weapons, contractor apparatus somewhere. She deserved equal rights under the law. She deserved to be listened to and not treated like she was just nuts.

I believe MK-Ultra never died — it just went more black budget and hidden. I am educated, informed on the subject, and I know I am being tortured. It does not feel one bit like “political paranoia.” And, when they have finally killed me, they will look for new victims. Pray it is not anyone in your family, your circle of friends, or you. Let us finally bring this government back to an accountable, honest government.
