When you examine isolated incidents it is easier to dismiss the problem of the Hutchison Effect. However when you examine them in aggregate you start to see its real. No better example of the Hutchison Effect than Tesla and its Whompy Wheel issue. People have tried to blame Teslas source of metals for the problem. However if that was the case, then Tesla could have solved the problem by now. However it hasnt been able to. Regardless of year and model, every consumer vehicle Tesla produces has experienced Teslas whompy wheel issue...even its newest vehicle the Cybertruck. Even a 3 day old Tesla has experienced this problem. The only explanation for why these seemingly random fractures occur is the Hutchison Effect.
Now Sintx Si3N4 can reduce corrosion process when it coats metals. It is based off this concept that i have wondered if it could also interfere with the process that causes the Hutchison Effect. If Sintx Si3N4 or another ceramic is more effective at reducing the problems of the Hutchison Effect, the material process would be worth alot to SpaceX & possibly Tesla if process is cheap enough.

The single best example proving Hutchison Effect is real is a bible that fused into a steel column at the World Trade Center location. It was found months after the events of September 11th. The source of the image is from the New York Times and i link to the original article for verification if you goto the imgur post.

If you examine the image the first thing you can see, other than a bible fused into a steel column, is no heat damage to the bible or its pages. Paper has a spontaneous combustion temp in the 400-500F degree range while for structural steel to become molten it has to be over 2000F. Thus this bible should have burned up upon contact. Now if it fell onto the steel while water was pouring onto it, there should have been at least more heat damage to the bible and the bible shouldnt have been able to sink into the steel to the degree it has because the column should have cooled and solidified. Also wouldnt you think there would have been more water damage to the paper? Lastly, and this is the most striking part, is there appears to be molten steel that dripped onto the bible. Located on the left side middle of the bible.
Motlen steel with a temp over 2000F dripped onto the bible and did not cause any heat damage to the surrounding paper...how? Hutchison Effect provides the only explanation, Jelly Metal. When Jelly Metal occurs, there is no temperature change to the steel. That would explain how the bible fused into this steel column with NO HEAT DAMAGE and why a drop of what looks like molten steel, also did no damage to the bible. Thus the Hutchison Effect is a real phenomenon and there is a possibility that Sintx Si3N4 could disrupt the process if its coated onto metals like this and Teslas suspension. As i said earlier Si3N4 can disrupt the corrosion process therefore, in theory, it could disrupt the Hutchison Effect. Thats of course if I grasp whats causing the Hutchison Effect at all.
