Hedera's YouTube channel teaches how to create your own token. The tutorial also shows how to add the Hedera network to Metamask wallet. Metamask is pretty good and supports multiple blockchains that many of the CEX's do not.  There are others but Metamask is what I use for a multi chain wallet.
