Eric is all hat and no cattle, as they say in TX.
He threatened me, called me, and got all bent out of shape from posting simple facts about his scamming. I posted about the lawsuit in Texas, where the judge specifically called him out, and about the Arkansas Securities Division case where the Securities Division said he was guilty of securities fraud and misleading investors.
He doesn't have enough money to even hire a lawyer, let alone bring a civil case.
And, of course, he has no grounds to sue anybody, because as even a first-year law student knows, in a case claiming defamation, truth is an absolute defense. Eric just doesn't like people outing him for his con game, that he uses to keep this stock breathing.
