You can use uplisting path as leverage to a buyer and make it seem like a buyout is not the only option. I could see some buyers cornering CEO in negotiations. As more time passes, we get more leverage, rev grows, profits grow and we expand internationally and clean up our outstanding shares. It could be a great long term play, but just don't think that's what Nasrat has in mind.

Nasrat always wanted to List to Nasdaq but I do not know if you heard, the stock was kept down under 5 cents for years - artificially - so it made it very hard for him to do so.

It is true that he said when we get to 15-25 cents levels we will go to Nasdaq - but when you align 6 new drugs in 8 months, and you move to needle movers, the best strategy is to focus on growth and Profit.

It is not yet the time to buy back stock - each $ will bring more friends if invested wisely in R&D,

We will see an listing to NASDAQ in due time - organically.
