Wick how can that be when the PR clearly states "an investment by
GameZnFlix in LITV" Isn't GameZnFlix the shareholders of GameZnFlix? If GameZnFlix (which includes the shareholders) isn't invested in LITV I would think there is a legal issue with the PR. What am I not seeing?

LONDON, England--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 25, 2006 -- GameZnFlix (OTC BB:GZFX.OB - News) and London International Television Ltd today announced an investment by GameZnFlix in LITV for the purpose of creating the “The Business Channel” to be broadcast on digital satellite later in 2006. GameZnFlix intends to purchase a 25% interest in LITV with the payment of $2,000,000 over the next year. In addition, GameZnFlix may invest up to an additional $10,000,000 to $25,000,000 within 12 months.

wate a minute, Am I hearing things or did you just say that GZFX has no interest in London Business Channel. I shure hope not. Be cause we ALL know that we GZFX'ers own 25% in that channel. Not to mention the possability of being Parent Company.

I alos do not know how that could be the case. If they used investors money we had better have an interest in it. If we do not, and if they used our money to invest in that company, then they will be seeing a suit I am sure. There are plenty of people on this board who would sue over that. Seems like people are not trusting the company much at this point. DO you think JF is just trying to steal all of our money and run????
