Here is the biggest point you don't seem to grasp... The dilution happened when HMBL borrowed money. You can't grasp that. The debt already occurred. I am ok with the OS rising because it means the debt is being removed in favor of equity. The OS at 32bil or eventually at 37bil sucks, but that will mean that the balance sheet will be clean. When the stock rose to .004 recently, I hoped a bunch of shares were converted - especially debt, because the number of shares was tied directly to price. You make a big deal about it as if it was a pump and dump, but it was a deal and dump.

If every company, including Ybyra, who trades on the brazillian stock exchange at what $5?, is risking their financial existence by committing fraud, then we are screwed - but then so are they. They are not going to lose everything so that they can scam a handful of retail investors out of $10 mil by placing $60 mil of their own money into the kitty. To think so is warped. Demented even.

Ida just hit reply, but knew you didn't understand threads, so I went back to this post to directly respond to you... I answered your question even though I answered it many times before. Why didn't you answer mine? Who the hell has been buying up the shares on the ask to keep the price from falling? Who has been sitting at the bid with 3 billion shares for about a year and a half? Who does that? What did they do with those shares?
