You honestly can’t see a highly probable reason they would? Seriously?
These are shares that have come from note holders, Pref conversions and warrants. That is not retail.
Is it not conceivable that this deal was simply a pump to allow them to dump? That they don’t really believe they will have the opportunity to move that much stock at higher prices?
