Did FSD suffer SUA? Why did the original article say Autopilot when the driver enabled FSD supervised?

The documents reveal that about two minutes before the crash, Hunter put his car into what Tesla calls Full Self-Driving (Supervised) mode — its most advanced driver-assistance system, for which drivers typically pay extra. The car did not detect Hunter's hands on the steering wheel for more than a minute before the crash, according to a report by the detective investigating the incident.

That and other details from the police investigation have not been publicly reported before.

Before i get into details of this accident, i need to point out that the original coverage of this accident indicated that Autopilot was responsible for this accident. This means the media is purposefully labeling Tesla crashes where FSD was involved as Autopilot caused so people do no catch onto that FSD is just as dangerous; really the problem is that Teslas have a hardware problem more than software which is why this can happen regardless of the use case. FSD caused accidents are being under-reported and classified as Autopilot to increase confusion. We should all know by now that Musk is pushing to remove all reporting so we the public will never really know which software caused the accident or if AP/FSD were even used. Here is proof news media purposefully indicated Autopilot when in fact the driver enabled FSD supervised!

A Tesla driver who had set his car on Autopilot was “distracted” by his phone before reportedly hitting and killing a motorcyclist Friday on Highway 522, according to a new police report.

According to this article this accident where this Tesla suddenly surged into a motorcycle, the driver had enabled FSD beforehand and was distracted by his phone. Whats odd about this is according to logs, moments before the crash happened, the Tesla indicates the accelerator was pressed. How could the accelerator be pressed by the driver if he was distracted with his phone allowing FSD to drive? This means that this Tesla experienced a glitch where a voltage spike told the computer to accelerate per a NHTSA petition. Thus this Tesla, despite having FSD enabled, still suffered SUA. As my collection of SUA/veering Tesla accidents shows, it doesnt matter what is operating the vehicle, ALL TESLAs can suddenly suffer glitching like this when some sort of voltage spike occurs. A voltage spike that i believe is caused by Electromagnetic interference during Geomagnetic activity. I also believe that this is a problem that will get worse as earths magnetic field weakens and geomagnetic activity becomes more chaotic impacting not just EVs but all technology. That said this will not be widespread as EMI is very location dependent based on surface magnetic activity. This is not just causing problems at the surface but in the air as well. 24+ large airplanes suffered glitching leading mostly to emergency landings but also a couple of crashes from Dec 22nd to Jan 12th. Along with out of control Teslas, airplanes glitching is something ive been warning about for years...pretty much the entire time ive been compiling a list of out of control Teslas. As i already said, this will only get worse. We as a society need to use technology to reduce our dependence on technology not increase our dependence on Tech. There is no better example of humankind going the wrong direction than Tesla!
