....that Baltimore jury trial for punitive damages will not go away, and I think marty is behind it, as proven by the Deutsche Bank settlement agreement.......and then an amended petition at a federal appeals court......specifying $364mm in "responsibility costs"........WTF.........and neither UBS nor BAC even responded.......????.......
..........the USCA/2 has cleaned out its docket, by a couple hundred complicated cases.......since mid-Dec.........????......not ours........nothing........
..........bobbie.........this nightmare will end.............and I believe strongly, the ultimate dollar amount will be healthy...........$13.50.....per.........and if the cases get dragged out another year or two...........................$16--to----$22 per.........and could really, really get good..................20% of $2-billies..............do that math, bobbie......$15 per, just on LIBOR...................plus the $10 per, we have now................................
