I got the same notice from Schwab today for the same offer. It's an offer from Tender not Rumble. Who would sell any at $7.50 right now to anyone? 😃
"yes, through Schwab. Rumble wants to buy your shares at $7.50 per share."
Unless they can get her to tank below $7.50 before the dead line date of the offer I don't see them getting anyone to sell to them. It says I have till Feb 4th 2025 to take their offer. 🖕 They want to buy 70 million of our shares.
What should be noted is they have plenty of time to tank the price before then so they can load their $7.50 target. 😬 Not saying I think that's the plan but it's something to watch for. 👀
