Luckily, they definitely have someone in Vietnam much smarter than you seem to be.
Why in the hell would you "Cool" any eggs at this point? Currently we need every egg/worm/cocoon/moth we can produce. Delaying, "cooling," half the eggs for a couple weeks does nothing but delay the quantities of each cycle by half for a couple weeks. That in turn creates an exponential delay in millions of eggs/worms/cocoons/moths. Which leads to weeks of delays on potentially tonnes of spider silk to sell. Brilliant! Not.
And assuming the video shows everything they have, is another genius speculation. You know what they say about assuming. Probably close to what they say about thinking you are above your actual intelligence.
At some point they will possibly have a natural stagger in the cycles. Forcing one by delaying is much less than intelligent at this point.
