Respectfully, I strongly disagree with your assessment. GCAN is not a scam in my opinion. Yes, they have had some failed ventures in the past, but that's what hundreds of penny stocks have had before finally getting things right. All they have to do is get it right just one time. They have been staying current with their SEC audited financials for a reason in my opinion. Now they have confirmed such in my opinion with letting the market know that they are exploring merger candidates.
In my opinion, I believe they already know what company is coming in here and are simply being patient with taking the proper steps to properly inform the market. This was their first press release in well over 3 years:
