Oil has snuck back up to 80 a barrel. For no reason other than greed. Oil imports from russia to US were under 10 percent, as low a 7% before Ukraine, which has little to no effect on our oil export/import production. russian world exports of oil globally isn't hardly a factor with the US. After two years much has changed with russian oil economy.

pukey has survived by running shadow oil ships, smaller ships able to travel around and not go through major ports. russian full size oil tankers are watched all over the world.

But for me I like real food not a chemical concoction to make it look an taste like food
I go to the store and buy meat from the meat section then go to the vegetables and a fish market I cook 90% of what eat.

Try reading the ingredients on food ladles it can will help you if you lean to safer food

If you eat canned vegetables look at the label to see what is in them. If you have high blood pressure by frozen or the ones you cook your self.
