As I have indicated in prior discussions, we intend to issue a comprehensive letter to shareholders and other stakeholders and we are currently working on it (along with many other things). We do expect to issue it shortly.
Comprehensive and potential milestones/activities (i.e. "many other things") is what investors are starving for. Couple that with some funding and a plan to emerge to a liquid market and this will begin to correct all faults. It is certainly time with an important phase 2 for SCI upcoming and something must be gearing up for the OSA program with UIC collaborating with a VA sponsored phase 1/2 program beginning in Q1. And they will need some funding to prepare and pay the consultants handling grant funding for KRM-ll-81 which might just attract high fanfare coming out of the NIH preclinical success.
Build out the proper valuation to provide the flexibility and resources to capitalize on these platforms further. Additional collaborations could surface. Talent acquisition is important. Prepare to smoothly capitalize on any clinical success on any of the platforms building more value in 2026 then 2027 as more clinical advancements are in progress.
Excited for the coming months. Hopefully they can get on track to truly capitalize on all this potential for the benefit of all stakeholders.
