westjetter I do not understand your answer (1) short shares do not get to vote so how does that help them (2) If in fact they pick up enough shares to swing the vote in their favor where are the required fillings when they reached between 1% to 50 % to be able to vote too assure the outcome ? I believe at 10% you have to file within days of accumulating that much stock TIA
