I addressed it in the post you replied to, as well as in this one. Bald-faced lies are rather unbecoming of you.

Addressing your arguments in a way that actually matters is the job of the court system, not me.

The argument of "since nobody on this message board can refute my specific legal argument, therefore it has a good chance to win in court" is severely flawed anyway. The exact same thing applied to the APA claims in the Collins case, and we all saw what happened.

Your avoidance of the key elements of my arguments in your responses, suggests that you don't know how to debate these points.

Wrong. It's that I have already debated you on your points in the past and it hasn't done any good. You continue to espouse legal theories without filing a lawsuit, which makes you a hypocrite.
