Just checked used the word "Unpaid" as reference the only thing I found was "unpaid Invoices "... Not Loans or any type of collateral debt.

Interesting. Checked, Saw what you mean. My Calc says 1600 Mil or 1.6 Billion Only. Popcorn in the Scheme of things.
Did you note the Massive Diagonal lines accross the pages ... That means Ignore. Where they stop is where they continue the counting.
