They aren't priced fairly.

Most warrants in lock stock don't endanger 100% of the other share holders.

Most warrants are priced at a value that actually raises equity and creates value.

These warrants... priced at 1/1000000th of a cent aren't what value brings.

Simply these are fruit of a poison tree... and everything bad people want.
