were you watching the same keynote as me?
I heard lots of timing relavant to the consumer products (it is CS after all). He mentioned TAM for a number of the new markets they are entering, but that is just it these are new markets - who can put a TAM on them when the capability to address them is only just being delivered.
What I heard was:
The hardware is here now and in full production (44 factories, 200+ SKUs etc etc - lots of numbers)
Adding AI to graphics capabilities has made some really crazy video capabilities - only compute one pixel and 8 others generated by AI
For the Business world the AI software has evolved and is scalable. He talked through muti-dimension scaling but key to me was the micro capability and the NIM models. You can put AI off the internet into devices and have agents work for you - exactly what Soundhound is delivering already now w know it is using Nvidia’s own architecture.
There was no need to talk about next generation hardware, I can see their software business exploding after this, and their consulting services - well how many people really understand how to build solutions around that architecture?
I expect the market will show that Nvidia is starting another nice steady rise may be accelerated when the final Q4 numbers are released
