So, you are saying that the GSE's will have no option to buy back the warrants, which the government purchased for next to nothing. And, are you also saying that the government will be collecting quarterly dividends for the warrants they "purchased "?

Thanks pauljon4 - I am just saying that I have not seen any study/paper on this - by Ackman/Paulson, etc. that talks about this. Its all about full warrant exercise. I never thought about the Gov't share of dividends and am not sure how they would work.
