I was ready to dismiss Musk on the brain size claim as this is a complex topic with ongoing debate and no definitive proof yet exists to confirm a direct link between C-sections and significantly larger brains in humans.

So it's at least open to debate/investigation.

However I would imagine the scientists at SpaceX take 'no definitive proof' at face value and that they do not engage in Musk like conclusion jumping in their Mars endeavors.

According to current research, C-sections could potentially allow for babies with larger heads and brains, as they bypass the limitations of the birth canal, which could theoretically lead to evolutionary changes where babies with larger heads are more likely to survive due to medical intervention; however, this is a complex topic with ongoing debate and no definitive proof yet exists to confirm a direct link between C-sections and significantly larger brains in humans.

Key points to consider:
Evolutionary theory:

Some scientists believe that increased C-section rates could lead to larger babies with bigger heads over time because the pressure to have smaller heads to fit through the birth canal is lessened.

Potential limitations:

While C-sections may allow for larger head sizes, there are biological limits to how big a baby can be due to the mother's capacity to nourish the fetus.

Research findings:

Studies have suggested that babies born via C-section may show slight differences in brain development compared to vaginally born babies, but the long-term implications of these differences are still being investigated.

Giving back billions of government subsidies is a top idea now that Musk can afford it. He could say something like, "The government subsidies were
like loans and helped me get obscenely rich so it is fair to the public who helped me so much back then that i give most all of those 'loans' back now."

As far as his relatively worthless c-section comment,

According to a study on the National Institutes of Health site, “cesarean delivery may influence infant brain development” but findings of the study were “novel” and “the impact may be transient because similar effects were not observed in older children.”

that's just yet another example he cares little about misleading people.
