It's really a Force that has overtaken our world.. I'll never understand why people suffer outside of anything else and it makes me as pissed as I am motivated.

I could go deeper into other things but I think it's a cosmic failure to take away government subsidies to make people whole.

Yep, no needy people no scam food. Of course some not at all needy in head
become needy due to circumstances. That's a more problematic situation.

The reason scam guru's can exist is answered in the first part of your sentence.

Sometimes gurus are just... right. Years ago, there was one in the Philly area who attracted some attention. One day a couple of friends of mine were driving back from work when they caught an interview he gave. The interviewer asked, among many other things, why, if he'd discovered the way to Truth, he didn't have more followers.

He replied, "Because most people have shit for brains."
