Hi xxxxxxx,

Our contract with AMHD ended in December 2006. We held discusions of a
new contract but never acted on one. As to what there standings are, I
am in the dark. Last I checked they had over 1.2 billion shares
outstanding. When we worked with them, they had 850 million. That is
all the new info I have regarding AMHD. Best of luck xxxxxxs and let me
