That's your logic to prove there is a plan for tailings?
That's like saying AABB can't be a scam, because the SEC would have shut them down by now.
If they're going to start producing in March, they should probably have a tailings pond with liners, etc. in place by now. They take up a lot of room, nothing like that is shown in any of the photos posted.
