Oh I know! Otcmarkets just refers you to finra. But u do disagree- the fact that they are still trading is fraud! Imaginary acquisition at the last minute to stay trading is fraud! I get the fact that none of the regulatory agencies care but again it is fraud!!!!!!!!!!!
