Nice try, but fail. The supposed ores from the hillside rockpile are full of heavy metals which you would not want to bury in crop fields, cover with organic waste, or make into bricks.

Where's the tailings facility?

PP, take a close look at the piece of equipment of the exterior, posted by Investor Pastor. There is one large elevated cylindrical ubit with large I-beams sloping down , and the recent addition of a 10 foot high slightly rusted wall that I conclude is the tailings unit, with an opening in the center for drainage, and relocation elsewhere. Every side of the processing plant and the processes has been addressed.
