I upset a female friend at the pub by questioning a guys comment that Muslim knife attacks in Germany were a real problem. The way he said it didn't ring well so i googled 'muslim violence, germany' then showed him the articles on Islamaphobia in Germany i got. And attacks on Muslims which the German government allegedly isn't dealing with very well. He wasn't interested at all and at first reacted by saying i was calling him a liar. No i wasn't, of course, at all. Then he found a youtube video and said SEE! I suggested, umm, not a good place to get your news from. LOL we ended up fine and talking to each other, but the lady got very upset saying she just wanted to see everybody being nice to each other. She just wanted everyone to act the way she wanted them to be. So she would feel comfortable. Unreal. She got over it, too. I wish people could just talk, and be free to.
