@AZCowboy.......and what burden will you bear for this pyrric victory if your assertions dont come to fruition?...now, you are asking your followers to endure another year of waiting for an outcome that will never happen according to the 10-K's you allude to.... please state the 10-K, and the passages that substantiate what you say...no naysayer on this message board will fault you if you state your reasons why there will be added recovery....The chapter 11 documents say all common and preferred shares were cancelled and extinguished, and ALL RIGHTS TO FORMER DIVIDENDS ARE NULL AND VOID.... WMI makes no statements of extenuating circumstances for recovery after the chapter 11 closed....now, you have been awarded laurels for many years by your followers for a pyrric victory not yet won, nor will it be balanced by the 13 years of lost time...now, again, we dont want to hear about your new cars, and bobbles of wealth... just quote the 10-K where it says recovery will come soon.....Lodas
