IART

IART $21.71 Back in IART at $21.84 yesterday. here is what I like.

Finally got the feel that last quarter they are starting to get a handle on all there problems so to speak, than again there have been numerous times through out the process I felt that way, and have been wrong, so stay tuned. If they could earn $2.50+ next year and have a huge growth year in 2026 and 2027 to unlock the earning potential of the company. The company could return to a 15 multiple over the next couple of year more in line with it's peers. I do see potential for the stock to be a mid 30's stock over the next year if they execute. Time will tell.

Conclsuion: IART has some swing and miss in it, but perhaps might have the biggest potential of any stock I have mentioned over the next couple of years. I think this stock trades at a absurdly low pe right now to it's peer and could unlook potentially a PE expanion close to double current levels if the markets feels the swing and miss is over. I also feel the company can unlock $1.00-1.50 in earnings over the next two year after 2025. Hence the stock could climb significantly from these levels perhaps as much as triple over the next several years. Of course management has to show they can execute. Time will tell. Not my largest position, but not my smallest either. Will buy more on weakness. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.

HLF

I sold my shares today at a nice profit, as I sold at $8.84 avg. The stock has had a huge run over the last week. It has a rsi of 81, which is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overbrought. Stock highs in November was around here. I think that will be proven to be significant resistance and stock is due too cool off here. The quarter was good, and the guidance was solid, I fully expect FV conservatively is in the $10-11 range maybe more if I wasn't being overly conservative with the multiple because of the business and the debt levels. Will buyback on weakness. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though
